If you are a member of Miles & More, the loyalty program of Lufthansa Airlines, you can collect miles for every trip you take through your Freenow Business account*.
To do this, you first need to link your Freenow business account with your Miles & More account. Simply follow the next steps:
- Open your Freenow passenger app
- Tap on your profile picture to access the main menu
- Select the 'Payment' / 'Payment methods' tab
- Enter your Miles & More membership number
- Book your trip with your Freenow Business account and earn miles!
If you have completed all these steps and are experiencing issues linking your accounts, please contact our support team. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
*Starting December 1, 2020, only B2B passengers are eligible to collect Miles & More points when using Freenow. B2B passengers are:
-Passengers connected to a Freenow Business account
-Airline passengers without a Business account but with a payment method labeled as "Business"
