The Web Booker is the online platform through which you can book or pre-book trips via your FREENOW Business account. It is particularly useful for busy receptions where multiple bookings need to be made for employees and guests.
With the Web Booker, you can order up to 25 trips simultaneously and book a trip up to 60 days in advance. It provides you with a constant overview of current or upcoming trips/bookings.
The last tab of the Admin Panel ("To the ordering system") will redirect you to the Web Booker after logging in with your credentials. Only administrators and bookers can access this tool.
