The Settings tab serves as the account management hub, divided into three sub-sections:
Account

- Displays your company name, address (contact us for changes), contact name, and phone number.
- Allows you to update the billing address for FREENOW for Business invoices.
Trip

- Set travel reasons and cost centres as mandatory under Required booking info.
- Choose if employees can tip drivers when using the business account.
- Enable account usage in other European countries by selecting them under Travelling abroad.
- Configure Web Booker settings for passenger name/number requirements and default payment methods (cash or account).
- Add email addresses (e.g., accounts department) to receive trip receipt copies via Emails after trips.

Select your preferred layout for your trip history download files via the Trip history CSV/XLSX download layout.
Payments

- Manage the central company credit card or allow employees to link their corporate cards.
- Supported payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Revolut, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
Note: Only account Administrators can view payment details.
