The 'Trips' tab is where you can see all the trips taken on your Business Account and make reports about these activities. It updates once a trip is completed, so you can easily access the details quickly.
How to export a trip history
Download a trip history for any date range, e.g. weekly, monthly or quarterly. All you have to do is select the date range you want and download it as an XLSX or CSV file.
Each document contains:
- Supplier > Driver name
- Recipient > Passenger name and address
- Trip ID
- Invoice number
- Trip date
- Pick-up/Destination
- Net amount
- Total fare (including any tolls, tips, or extras incurred)
- Payment type (Business Account or Multicard)
Bear in mind that trip reports may change due to additional fees or refunds. Use Trip reports for informational purposes only, or go to 'Statements' tab for final invoices.
