Here’s how to manage your invoices for every rental you take:
Finding your receipts for your rentals
Once your rental is finished, we’ll automatically send a receipt to the email address registered to your Freenow account.
If you need a copy of an older receipt, you can download it directly from the app (for any rental taken within the last six months):
- Tap on ‘Trips’ at the bottom of the screen
- Find the rental you’re looking for in your ‘Personal’ or ‘Business’ tab
- Select the trip and tap ‘Invoice’ to download it
Effortless business expenses
You can separate your private and work rentals by setting up a business profile. This makes expense reporting a breeze.
- Set it up: go to ‘Account’ or ‘Wallet’, select ‘Business profile’ and add your work details.
- Switch with a tap: when you’re booking a rental for work, just toggle to the briefcase icon so it’s billed to the right place.
- Connect your tools: you can even link your Freenow account to SAP Concur or Cytric for seamless tracking.
Managing your billing address
If you need to add or update your billing address, you can do it in a few taps:
- Head to ‘Wallet’ in the app
- Select ‘Add billing address’
- Enter your details and save
Your new address will show up on all future receipts for rentals paid via the app.
Just a heads-up: because we act as a bridge between you and our partners, we can't edit a receipt once it’s already been issued. It's always a good idea to double-check your details are up to date before you start your next rental.
