- If you are unable to pay with your FREENOW business account, the reason may be an outstanding payment*.
When you open the FREENOW app, a pop-up message will appear asking you to settle your dues. To do this, press the "Settle payment now" button. After settling the payment, you will be able to continue using your business account.
*If you are connected to a billing account, we recommend contacting the administrator of the business account.
- Another reason may be attempting to travel outside the travel policy set for your FREENOW business account. For more information, please contact the responsible administrator.
