The 'Invoices' tab is a section where you will find your monthly invoices, whether you use a credit card or a bank account. It includes the month, invoice number, total expenses, and number of trips. You can download the document as a PDF, CSV or XLXS.
Invoices are sent on the first working day of the month and also emailed to the designated contact person.
If you have an account with a credit card, the invoice will detail the amount spent in that month and indicate that the amount was paid with a credit card. For an invoiced account, our bank details will appear instead.
To correctly pay for the invoice, remember the following rules:
- Include the invoice number in the concept/reference (it is located on the first page of the invoice and consists of a series of three digits, followed by another series of five digits, separated by a hyphen: 123-12345)
- Make a single transfer for each invoice (if you need to pay for more than one invoice, never make the full payment at once)
- Always make the transfer within the payment deadline specified in our Terms and Conditions
