- The selected payment method is invalid - for example, the card details are incorrect, there are insufficient funds in the account, or the card has expired.
- Due to high demand, drivers may not be available. This is unlikely, but if it happens, the app will notify you that there are no drivers available. In this case, we recommend waiting a few minutes before trying to place an order again.
- An app update may be required through the App Store (iOS) or Play Store (Android) to ensure you have the latest version of the app.
If you still cannot order a ride, please contact our Passenger Support Department, who will be able to diagnose the issue. Remember, the more information you provide in your message, including screenshots of the error you are receiving, the faster our team will be able to assist you.
