This may be due to a number of reasons, but the app should notify you of the specific issue. If the app does not report any reason, tap to rent a vehicle and tap 'Learn more'. An orange alert will explain the reason for the rejection.
For insurance reasons, we only accept:
- Driving licenses of type B in card format issued by the European Union for at least 1 year. No temporary or digital documents are accepted

European ID cards / European passports / Residence permits with photo ID
In both cases, we cannot validate temporary, digital, or imageless documents.
Your data will be verified by our partner Onfido. Make sure that:
- Images are well-lit, without blurs or reflections
- Images of your license are readable and your photo is clearly visible
Please note that our support team is unable to manually override the rejection, but you can try the operation again in the app up to 3 times.
