What is Taxi Go?
Taxi Go is a travel option in Rome that offers a guaranteed price for your ride. With Taxi Go, you pay the lower amount between the metered fare and the guaranteed maximum fare. However, the option does not include waiting or stops.
Fares are based on the shortest route, considering both the fixed starting cost and the per-kilometer rate, adjusted for time of day, day of the week, and traffic conditions.
If you make a stop or the driver has to wait, you'll need to pay the difference between the guaranteed fare and the metered fare. This can be paid via the app, in cash, or by card.

All FREENOW taxi drivers are self-employed and carefully selected through a thorough application process.
