How to select my FREENOW Business profile to pay for my trip
To use your company’s payment method, ensure your Business profile is activated, meaning you’ve been invited to join a FREENOW Business Account. Follow these steps:
- Enter Your Destination: Open the app and set your destination
- Choose Payment Method: Above the "Order" button, your most recent payment method will be pre-selected. Tap the toggle to switch to your Business profile
- Access Payment Options: If needed, click the arrow to view your company payment method. If "Multicard" is activated, select the preferred payment method under the "Business" tab
- Return and Book: Go back to the main screen, select your vehicle, and place your order
Important: Payment methods cannot be changed after the trip ends. If you mistakenly use a personal card instead of your business account (or vice versa), it cannot be adjusted.
Why can't I see my company's payment option in my app?
- Check Your Login Details
- Verify that you’re logged in with the correct email address in the profile section.
- If you’ve used FREENOW as an individual before joining the business account, you might be logged in with your personal email.
- Contact the Administrator
- If logged in correctly but still missing the company payment method, contact your Business Account Administrator.
- The company may not have set up a central payment method yet.
- If "Multicard" is activated, you must use your own credit card and claim a refund later.
Can I use vouchers/promo codes/credits when paying with my FREENOW Business account?
Unfortunately, no. Vouchers, promo codes, or credits cannot be used for trips charged to the company account. They can only be applied to trips paid with a personal credit card or when using the Multicard option activated within your FREENOW Business Account.

What to do if the amount for my business trip was calculated incorrectly
If you believe the amount charged for your trip is incorrect, contact us. We will investigate and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Why do I get an error message when booking with my business account?
- Outstanding Payment
- If there’s an unpaid balance, you’ll see a pop-up message when opening the app. Tap "Pay now" to settle the debt before booking further trips.
- If connected to a billing account, contact your Business Account administrator for assistance.
- Travel Policy Restrictions
- You may be trying to book a trip outside the travel policy set for your account. Contact your Administrator for clarification.
