- If you are unable to pay with your FREENOW Business Account, the reason may be a pending payment*.
When you open the FREENOW app, a pop-up message will appear asking you to settle the debt. Tap "Resolve payment now" to complete the transaction. Once the issue is resolved, you can continue using your business account.
