To rent our bicycles, no document or previous experience is required. The only requirement is that you are over 18 years old.
Once registered on the FREENOW App and added a valid payment method*, you can book any eBike from one of our providers, either through your personal FREENOW account or through your Business account (if Multimobility services are enabled).
For your safety and that of your community, all users must adhere to the following rules:
- One person per bicycle
- Respect local traffic laws
- You must not ride under the influence of alcohol or drugs. For your own good and that of others, call a FREENOW taxi
- Be careful and drive smartly: do not ride in blind spots and always stay focused and attentive to your surroundings, traffic, and pedestrians
- Do not wear headphones, do not look at your phone, or do anything else that may distract your attention from traffic
