The final price of your rental includes the minutes driven, the unlock fee and the parking fee. Always double-check this info breaking down the price in your app and in the invoice sent.
If after your rental you need to report any inconsistency or error with your payment*, you can send us a request. Please, indicate the ID of the booking, the minutes you rode and the time you started/finished the rental. You can also attach any proof of payment if needed.
