If you have detected fraudulent trips made under your FREENOW Business Account, please submit a request to our Support Team to check it properly.
Bear in mind that in some occasions, employees have the company credit card details added to their app (as well as the FREENOW Business Account) and they pick this one instead of the FREENOW Business Account related.
As the card details have been entered manually on to the employees’ profile, the app treats it like a regular card. That is why the company bank account has been charged with no record of the business trip on the Admin Panel.
