Create a Travel Policy
Once you’ve created your group of employees, you can start setting Travel Policies:
- Go to the 'Travel Policies' section on the left-hand of the admin panel and click 'Create Travel Policy'
- Insert the Name and Description of the policy - they can be the same one you have chosen for the group you have just created
- Start to set and customise your parameters for each policy: Budget, Travel times, Services, Locations and Payment methods
- Once all parameters are set, you’ll scroll down to 'Groups'. All groups you have created will appear here
- Hit the toggle button on the right-hand side of the group so that the button moves to the right and turns blue
- To finish 'Save changes', and you’ll be brought back to the original page, where you’ll be able to see your new Travel Policy
Delete a Travel Policy
To delete any Travel Policy, you can do so by selecting the edit button and clicking 'Delete this policy' in the lower right corner.
