FREENOW will charge passengers a Technology Fee for each taxi requested and successfully completed, and paid through personal passenger accounts.
It will always be visible to the passenger upfront, in advance of placing an order, and also on the passenger’s receipt.
The value of the fee, for a specific order, will vary and be influenced by a number of factors which may include which transportation method is ordered by the passenger, the time for which a passenger orders a ride, market conditions at the time of placing the order and/or other factors.
The fee goes towards making sure that we can continue to invest in technology improvements allowing the extension of FREENOW’s product offering for passengers.
The Technology Fee is levied by FREENOW in return for the successful use of the FREENOW services and is separate from the fare (and, if applicable, any Third Party Charges).
