You will receive a tax-deductible receipt from us by email after each "Pay by App" trip that you take. Please be sure to check your spam folder and mark emails from FREE NOW as "Not spam" to ensure that you always receive your receipts.
If you would like an invoice to be sent to your email account again
- tap on your profile within the app.
- Find the “Help” button in the menu below your profile.
- Select “Help and Contact”
- Choose “Help with a specific journey”
Here, you can open the requested trip and press the button “Receipts & Cost Overviews”. Select the box “Send invoice again.” A new email with your invoice will be sent to your registered address.
