There must be a valid payment method, with sufficient funds saved in the app for the pay by app function to work.
Our system will check you have a valid payment method before hailing a taxi.
If in the unlikely case that the booking was successful yet the payment failed, you have the option to settle this fare through the app:
- Tap on trips.
- Select the booking with the outstanding payment
- Follow the on-screen instructions to settle the fare.
I cannot select card payment.
Please ensure you have a valid card with sufficient funds attached to your account.
Check your Trip history to ensure all trips have been paid. If you have a previous unpaid trip, it will prevent you from creating a new card booking.
