If you have left something behind in a FREE NOW taxi you can call your driver up to 7 days after your trip has ended.
To call your driver, simply go to the profile section of your app, select Trips and tap on the trip in question. Next, select the driver's name and tap on the phone icon in the top right-hand corner of your screen to call your driver.
Please note: Caller ID must be displayed in order for this function to work
If it has been more than 7 days and you cannot call your driver, please contact us with your booking reference and we will do our best to retrieve your belongings.

Important: only trips taken via the FREE NOW app are traceable. If your trip was not on the FREE NOW app, we will not be able to track the driver for you.
Although FREE NOW is committed to doing our best to help facilitate the return of any lost property, we have to make you aware that FREE NOW can not accept liability in the event we are not successful in retrieving lost property - nor for any costs associated with retrieving lost property. Also, we cannot guarantee that your driver has your item or that they can deliver it to you immediately.
