During your Booking
Once your trip is booked, you can reach out to your driver through the FREENOW app in two ways:
- By Call
To call your driver, tap the phone icon at the bottom of the live booking screen. Please ensure that the phone number registered to your FREENOW account matches the one you're using to make the call.

By Chat
Clarify any details, such as your pick-up point, special requirements (like a baby seat or accessibility needs) or address language barriers, by chatting with your driver using the chat feature from the booking screen. Bear in mind that:
- The chat is available while the booking status is 'Approach' or 'Arrival'
- You will receive push notifications for any unread messages
- Once the trip begins, the chat option will no longer be available
After Your Trip
You can still contact your driver up to 7 days after your trip has ended:
- Tap the 'History' tab at the bottom of the main screen
- Select either 'Personal' or 'Business' and choose the relevant trip
- Tap the phone icon to call the driver
Important Safety Note
For your safety, we use 'Phone Masking', which replaces the phone numbers of both passengers and drivers with a generic number. This ensures your contact information remains 100% secure within the FREENOW app.
