Prebook allows the customer to book their ride in advance. Drivers can see and choose these jobs from the Prebook list in the app.
You can start the booking when you are on your way, up to 1 hour before the prebooked time. Activating the Prebook puts you into a job flow alike any regular booking.
On the Prebook Page (top left), there are three tabs:
- All: This will show any available bookings along with the urgent pre-bookings, which will grant you an instant Driver Priority Status once the journey is complete.
- Filtered: This lets you filter the Prebook jobs available to help you find the ones you are after. The options include: filtering for airport jobs, hotel jobs, VIP jobs, business jobs, and more.
- Mine: This tab holds the bookings you have accepted, you can come here to check the booking time and activate the journeys when ready. If you have problems activating a prebooking, try restarting the app, otherwise please reach out to our team.
