Virtual Rank is a feature in the driver app that is a fair way of dispatching jobs from the airport on the FREE NOW app, it can also keep you up to date with how many drivers are checked in. This is currently only available at Dublin Airport.
How it works:
- Click the airport icon on the main screen.
- As soon as you enter the airport waiting area you will be prompted to join the Virtual Rank, touch the "Join queue"-button in your app to access it.
- Once you have joined the queue you must stay within the waiting area, which will be outlined in grey. You will only receive new job notifications when you are in the specified waiting area. Once you exit this area, you will be removed from the queue.

When you reach the front of the virtual rank, you will receive the next job going from Dublin Airport on the app.

The pickup point still remains the same at Zone 18.

You can see at any time how many taxis are in the queue by clicking the airport sign in the map in your FREE NOW app.
