At the end of the trip, there will be a button that says either 'App Payment' or 'Cash Payment' depending on the payment method chosen by the passenger.
Tap the payment button, type in the amount displayed on the meter and press the ‘Continue’ button.
Once you are happy that the correct fare has been entered, slide the button across to confirm the payment.
When it has been successfully completed you will see a green ‘payment completed’ screen, click the ‘OK’ button to be taken back to the main app.
If the passenger had selected 'Cash Payment', then you must take payment from them directly as they will not be charged via the app. This can be with cash or via CC machine.
You can also use the 'Switch payment method' button to change from cash to app or vice versa, if this is requested by the passenger. Please note that if you are changing from cash to app, the passenger needs to confirm this on their side so make sure you do this before they exit the vehicle.
