At the end of each booking you complete with FREE NOW you will have the opportunity to rate your passenger.
We hope that every experience you have driving with FREE NOW is a positive one, but in the event that you have a rude or aggressive passenger, we want to know about it. The best way to let us know is to rate your passenger.
Once the ride is completed you will be able to rate your passenger from 1 to 5 stars depending on your experience with them. In the case of a more serious incident, you will also be able to block that passenger from being paired with you again on FREE NOW. Just go to your Job History screen and select the relevant ride, then simply click "Block Customer".
