If you would like to change the bank details which FREE NOW uses for your weekly payments, please submit a request to our Driver Care Team through the app.
Please send an email request that includes:
- Your current account number (IBAN)
- Your new account number (IBAN)
For security reasons, we will only be able to update
Please be sure to double-check that the new bank details you are submitting are correct. Any errors could lead to your payment being sent to the incorrect account.
