Log in issues
First, make sure to check the profile section of your passenger app to see if you’re logged in with the correct email address. Bear in mind that if you have already been using FREE NOW app before joining a Business Account, it means you already used the app in a personal capacity and so you’re logged in with your personal email.
If you are using the correct email address and still unable to see the company payment method, contact the administrator of your Business Account. Ensure that the invitation to join the Account has been sent to you.
Payment settings issues
If you appear to be added with the correct address, and still unable to see the company payment method, it can also mean there is no yet a central payment method on the Business Account.
Or perhaps, the 'Multicard' payment option was enabled, so you just need to pay with your own credit card and after being refunded.
To associate your personal card, go to the 'Wallet' section of your app. Select your card and designate it as 'Business'. Once you’ve done this, you’ll have the option to select the Business Account you wish to associate it with.
