In the ‘account’ section of the admin panel, the admins can choose ‘cash’ or ‘account’ as the default option for the web booker. This can be changed at any time and you can also switch payment when booking.
In the app, your payment method will always default to the last one used so if you took a business trip and then plan on taking a personal trip straight after, make sure to double-check that you’ve switched payment methods.
