E-receipts are always sent from an address with a @my.free-now.com domain.
You can choose to send the receipts to the business address registered on your Business Profile by ticking the option (Go to your Business Profile then click on “Work email” and verify it if needed) or to your passenger account address by unticking it.
Make sure to check that:
- Your professional email address has been entered and validated.
- The messages aren’t being flagged as spam
- The email address isn't blocked
