To rent our bikes, you don't need any documentation or previous experience. The only requirement is that you are over 18 years old.
Once you are registered on FREENOW App and added a valid payment method*, you can book any eBike from any of our providers.
For your safety and that of your community, all users must comply with the following rules:
- One person per bike
- Respect local traffic laws.
- You must not ride under the influence of alcohol or drugs. For your own sake and for the sake of others, call a FREENOW taxi
- Be attentive and ride smart: don't ride in blind spots and always stay focused and attentive to your surroundings, traffic and pedestrians
- Do not wear headphones, look at your mobile phone or do anything else that might distract your attention from the traffic
*We accept debit or credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
