FREE NOW will cancel the temporary hold once it’s not needed anymore (e.g. after your trip is completed). Each bank handles pre-authorisation differently and some might hold reserved funds for a few days. Unfortunately, FREE NOW is not able to speed up this process.
Important - Each bank handles pre-authorisation differently, and may not release the reserved amount for several days. It may appear that you have been charged twice, but you have not been. If the amount has not been released after 7 days, please contact your bank.
