If you’re not receiving notifications once we have assigned you a driver and when the driver has arrived at your pick-up point (or any other type of notification), this is most likely because you have them disabled on your device.
Follow the steps below in order to activate FREENOW notifications (please note that the steps may differ depending on your mobile model and brand):
- Go to 'Settings' on your phone and select the 'Notifications' tab
- Scroll down until you find the FREENOW app and select it
- Ensure the 'Allow notifications' tab is switched on
