In order to ascertain if you have been charged twice please follow the instructions below.
- Open the FREE NOW app.
- Tap on your profile in the top right corner.
- Tap on trips.
- Select the booking you wish to check, from here you will see how much your fare was and the payment method chosen.
- If the payment method was incorrect you can email us - firstname.lastname@example.org
FREE NOW will send you your receipt once the payment has been confirmed. The receipt will also confirm the payment method used for your booking.
