- If you are having issues with the app, follow these steps:

- Uninstall the FREENOW App: If your mobile device is an Android, clear the cache of your device as follows: Apps > FREENOW > Clear data/cache/cookies or Settings > Apps > FREENOW > Clear data/cache/cookies
- Restart your mobile device
- Reinstall the FREENOW app with the latest version available (Google Play Store / App Store)
- Connect to a Wi-Fi network and after that switch to a mobile data to try to fix any internet coverage issues

After all these steps,and if the issues still persist, please provide to our Support Team with screenshots or videos of the incident. Our IT Department will reviewed and solve it as soon as possible.
