These charges cannot be covered by vouchers or discounts.
Booking fee
In accordance with Greek local regulations, we have introduced a booking fee, which is added to the final price by the driver, for all bookings made through the FREENOW app.
The pre-hire cost for a specific route may vary depending on several factors, such as the type of transport requested, the time of booking the route, the prevailing market conditions and other variables.
Luggage fee
Luggage carriage in a taxi is subject to an additional charge.
The driver will include this charge in the meter at the end of the trip.
