How do I choose a payment method when calling a taxi?

You can pre-set your payment method before ordering a ride. To avoid any misunderstandings, always check if it is the correct one.

To do this, follow the steps below:

1. After entering the pick-up and drop-off points, you will see the payment method you have pre-set in the service options
2. Click on it to select the payment method you prefer. You can also choose between your private or business account
3. Return to the previous screen and confirm your order

You can use the following payment methods:

• Cash payment - Always ask the taxi driver for your receipt!
• Credit/Debit Card (VISA/MasterCard/American Express)
• PayPal / Google Pay

Important: external/cash payments are not compatible with any vouchers or discounts.
