There are two ways to contact the passenger: by chatting or by calling.
You can chat with the passenger and resolve any uncertainties (e.g. pick-up point, delays, special needs/disabilities/baby seat) or even ease any language barriers.
Access the chat by clicking on the icon at the bottom of the service screen (available on the last app version 11.53.0).
As long as you are approaching or arriving at the pick-up point, you will be able to chat and receive push notifications of unread messages.
Once the passenger is in your vehicle and you start the trip, the chat will no longer be available.
Once you've accepted the trip, tap on the chat icon at the bottom of the live booking screen, and then you will find the phone call icon in the top right corner of the chat page.
Make sure your phone number registered to the FREE NOW account is the same as the number you are using to make the call.
To increase the safety of all our users, we have turned on the phone masking, therefore, any phone number has been replaced with a generic one that cannot be used outside the app.
