As a FREENOW Business Account Administrator, it is possible that you may only ever use the Admin Panel. Nevertheless, if you have a passenger account, you can log in with these credentials as well.
In the top right corner there is a 'Profile' section where you can amend your details.
Once you click on this section, you’ll be brought to a page where you enter your login information.
When you’ve logged in, you’ll then get the option to edit all your Profile info: name, email address and your mobile number.
You can also have the option to reset your password. For more information, visit 'What can I do if I forgot my password?'.
Important: Only Administrator role are able to use this platform.
