Create a Travel Policy
Travel Policies can now be applied across your entire company or to a specific group of employees. See below how to set up Travel Policies:
- Go to the Travel Policies section in the admin panel on the left, and select Create Travel Policy.
- Enter a Name and Description for the policy.
- Customize the policy with parameters like Budget, Travel Times, Services, Locations, and Payment Methods to match your business needs.
- Use the toggle button next to each group/employee to apply the policy. The toggle will move right and turn blue when activated.
- Select Save Changes to finalize the setup. You’ll return to the main page, where your new Travel Policy will be visible.
Delete a Travel Policy
To delete any Travel Policy, you can do so by selecting the edit button and clicking 'Delete this policy' in the lower right corner.
