How can I add/delete a message for my driver on my trip request?

To add a message to your trip request

1. Open the app and enter your pick-up and destination details
2. You will see the map route and the fleet options available
3. Select your desired vehicle and tap 'Order taxi'
4. A pick-up address confirmation screen will be displayed. Select 'Add a note for driver', write your message and press 'Save'
5. Finally, tap 'Confirm' 

This message will be visible to the driver who accepts your booking.

You can also add a note for the driver from within the selected fleet type's menu.

To delete the message

1. Open the app and enter your pick-up and destination details
2. Select your preferred taxi option and access the vehicle menu
3. Tap 'Message driver'
4. Remove the message content and click 'Save'
5. Next to the word "Preferences", you'll notice the 'Save as default' option highlighted in red. Click on it to permanently delete the message

If this method doesn't work, try adding a space in the empty message box before saving, and then proceed with step 5.
