Needing to cancel a trip request? No worries, follow our steps below to help you with this:
- Tap the trip information tab at the bottom of your screen (Image 1)
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap 'Cancel trip' (Image 2)
- A message will pop up asking you to confirm you wish to cancel (Image 3)
- Tap 'Yes, cancel trip' (Image 3)
- You'll be taken back to the main homepage with an orange notification reading 'Trip cancelled' at the top of your screen confirming the cancellation
