Before your trip
Select your company account from your app:
- Open the app and select your profile picture icon
- Select 'Payment'
- Click on your company bank card already active and go back to the order menu
- If you haven't registered your Business Account yet, you can add it by clicking on the '+'. Here is a step-by-step guide to opening and registering your company profile
During your trip
You can always change your payment method before the end of your trip:
- After entering the origin and destination, you'll see the payment method you pre-set under the service options
- Click on it to select your 'Business' account. If the 'Multicard' option is activated, you can select your personal payment method available under the 'Business' tab
Important: It is not possible to change the payment method after the trip is over. If you've selected by mistake your Private card instead of your Business Account (or vice versa), there is no way to revert it.
