You can book a taxi/ride at least 30 minutes up to 4 days in advance.
- Open the app and enter your origin and destination
- Select the service that suits your needs and tap 'Later'
- Set the date and time* for your trip and press 'Save'
- Check that all the information is correct (origin, destination, payment method and date and time). To correct the time and date, click 'Edit'
- Confirm your order. Your booking will appear in the 'Bookings' tab in the top left corner of the main screen
*Has the date been changed? If so, there are no vehicles available for the requested time slot. Simply change the time of your advance booking by 5 to 10 minutes.
On advance bookings, driver assignments may take longer than on-the-spot trips. Your request will then appear as 'Accepted', but it doesn't mean you have a driver yet. As soon as this happens, you will receive a notification. Make sure it says "Confirmed". The details of the driver and vehicle will appear 15 minutes before the time of the booking.
