Your receipt email contains two receipts to reflect the transaction between you and the driver and between you and FREE NOW directly.
- One receipt shows the payment between you and the driver, mediated by FREE NOW
- The second receipt shows the amount paid directly to FREE NOW (sometimes shown as Transopco UK Ltd.), this is usually for the Taxi Service Fee or the Clean Air Fee for private hire orders.
The fare amount shown to you when placing an order in the app factors in both these amounts.
