Important: Mopeds are currently not available in the UK. Only available in Germany, Spain, France, Italy and Portugal.
If you are unable to finalise the rental of your motorbike, there are several reasons for this:
- The moped is not within the limits of our area
- The moped is not on its stand
- The helmets/gloves and, if applicable, the keys are not in the helmet box, or the box is not properly closed
If everything is OK, but you are unable to finalise your rental, please contact our supplier partner immediately to have your reservation manually closed:
