How do I end a moped trip? – FREE NOW

Important: Mopeds are currently not available in the UK. Only available in Germany, Spain, France, Italy and Portugal.

To finalise the rental of your moped, follow these steps:

Place the moped on its respective stand
Place the helmets in the helmet box. This box must be properly closed (no straps, etc. between the contacts). When you hear a 'click', the box has been properly closed and the bike has been successfully deactivated
Insert the key or chip into the holder provided
Open the app and click on 'End rental'

Please note: You must always park outside the orange parking zone and within the limits of the service area of your city.

If everything is OK, but you are not able to finalise your rental, please contact our partner supplier immediately to close your booking manually:
