FREENOW will automatically request the payment provider to release the temporary hold within 30 minutes for completed trips, and 15 minutes for cancelled trips.
However, it may take up to 7 working days for the amount to be available again, depending on your bank and associated payment processors (Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, etc.).
If after this time the amount is still not available in your account, please contact your bank for more information. FREENOW are not able to speed this process up.
