You can see your current loyalty point balance in the Loyalty program menu of your app. You can redeem these points as normal in the Gift Shop or take your chance on The Wheel. Any vouchers purchased or won will be automatically added to your account and will be visible under the Vouchers and credits menu along with their expiry details.
Once your promo code is added to your account it should automatically apply to when you order a rental. By default, vouchers are used in order of soonest expiry, but if you would like to swap it you can do so by tapping the green voucher details on the scooter order screen and selecting the one you want to use.
