We're sorry that your driving licence has not been accepted.
This can be due to a range of reasons but you should be notified in the app of the specific issue. If the app is not listing a reason, tap to rent a vehicle and tap 'Find our more.' An orange warning will explain the reason for the rejection.
Accepted Driving Licences
We accept UK and EU issued licences in plastic format. We are unable to accept non-UK/non-EU licences, grey paper international licences or any licences in paper format.
During the validation process, your details will be verified by our partner Onfido.
- Make sure your images are well lit, without any blur or glare,
- Make sure your driving licence images are legible and your photo is clearly visible.
Please note that our rider care teams are unable to manually override this rejection, but you are welcome to attempt it again in the app up to 3 times.
