Important: Mopeds are currently not available in the UK. Only available in Germany, Spain, France, Italy and Portugal.
If your driving licence was rejected, it may be due to various reasons, and the specific reason will always be notified to you in the App. If the App does not indicate it, click on 'Rent a vehicle' and then 'Search more'. An orange warning will explain why your card was rejected.
Remember that we only accept type B driving licences issued within the European Union in card format (provisional ones are not accepted), with a minimum age of 12 months.
During the validation process carried out by our partner Onfido, your documents and photos will be thoroughly evaluated. Therefore, make sure that the images are properly legible: well lit, without any kind of blur, reflection or glare.
Keep in mind that you have 3 attempts to repeat the validation process. If you exceed 3 attempts, please contact us.
